If you have a driver’s license for less than 5 years or are a paper driver, you will not be able to rent or drive the vehicle.

Is there anything I need to bring on the day of rental?

Please present the driver’s licenses of all drivers.
If you forget your driver’s license, we will not be able to rent out the car, so please remember to bring it with you.
Please note that you will not be covered by insurance or Collision Damage Waiver in the event of an accident caused by someone who does not have a driver’s license registered with us.

If you are a regular driver, you will get used to it quickly. Since it is easily affected by the wind, please keep a firm grip on the steering wheel and slow down sufficiently before a curve. Also, due to its height, please do not enter multi-level parking lots, drive-throughs, or other places with height restrictions.
If the roof is damaged, it is not covered by Collision Damage Waiver and you will be charged for the repair.

It is an automatic vehicle and has a wide view from the driver’s seat, making it easy to grasp the size of the car.
This car is also equipped with solar panels and is high, so it is prohibited to enter multi-story parking lots, drive-throughs, etc.

The kitchen is not large enough for cooking, so please use it only for boiling water. Please keep an eye on them when using the cassette stove.
*If there is any odor left when you leave, it will be impossible to rent it to the next guest, and you will have to pay the actual cancellation fee. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to allow more customers to use our facilities.

Please pay attention to the fishy smell, especially of delicacies and fish. If you put raw fish in the refrigerator, the smell may not be removed for a week. Please be careful with curry as well, as it tends to leave a smell. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that we can serve more customers.

You can connect a cord to your car and plug it into an outlet to charge your battery at an auto camping site. When you are connected to an external power supply, you can use your refrigerator, TV, etc. without worrying.

It depends on your usage, but if you try to save energy and don’t use the refrigerator, the battery will last about a day and a half.
This is just a rough estimate, so please check the battery level frequently with the battery level meter.

Please purchase mineral water for drinking. We refill the 20L tank with water before your departure. Please use it to wash your hands and wash your clothes.
