For 3 days and 2 nights / 25,000 yen x 3 days = Total 75,000 yen including tax (10% consumption tax) 82,500 yen
*The fee is per day. We do not calculate by hour.
*If you exceed the agreed usage time, an additional fee of 3000 yen per hour (tax included) will be added.
*The reservation deposit is a flat fee of 10,000 yen. (The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled.)

Free Shuttle Service
Free shuttle service is available from JR Shiroishi Station and Higashi Sapporo Station on the Tozai Subway Line.
Car Storage Service
We will keep one car for free when you visit our store.
*Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents or theft in the parking lot.
Luggage Receiving & Shipping Service
This is a service where you can load your luggage into your camping car up to a day before arrival.
This is a shipping service with cash on delivery for only packages that are already packed at the time of return.
Date Change Fee
If the number of days reserved remains the same, no change fee will be charged. However, only one change is allowed.
If you change your reservation less than one month in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee for the reduced number of days.
Cancellation During Rental
In the event of cancellation during the term of use, a mid-term cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation fee = {(basic fee for the rental contract period) – (basic fee for the period from rental to return)} x 50%.
Overtime Fee
3,000 yen (tax included) per hour will be added for each hour you are late. The same fee applies to delays to the rental time.
Non-Operation Charge
If the vehicle is involved in an accident, theft, breakdown, defacement, etc., and cannot be returned to our store because it is unable to drive itself, the customer will be charged the following fees.
(Please note that this is not covered by Collision Damage Waiver) If the vehicle needs to be repaired after an accident, the following amount will be charged as part of the business compensation for the vehicle, regardless of the extent of the damage or the period of repair.
○In the event that the vehicle cannot be returned to our store or the place where the vehicle was originally scheduled to be returned because the vehicle cannot be driven: 110,000 yen (tax included)
○If the vehicle can be returned to us or to the place where it was originally intended to be returned: 55,000 yen (tax included)
Damage or Defacement that Requires Repair （not covered by insurance)
Damage or defacement of the vehicle’s various facilities and equipment (not covered by insurance) will require the customer to bear the full actual cost of repairs.
Compensation for Vehicle Suspension
In the event that the vehicle cannot be rented out due to repairs to the vehicle involved in the accident, cleaning work due to defacement, or repairs to the equipment, the following fees will be charged to the customer as compensation for the vehicle being idle during repairs.
○The number of days the vehicle is repaired at our designated factory (the period of suspension) × the fee for up to 24 hours for the vehicle in question
What to do when a vehicle cannot be rented due to an accident or breakdown
In the event that the reserved vehicle cannot be rented due to a last minute accident, breakdown, etc., we will replace the vehicle with an alternative vehicle if another vehicle is available. If it is difficult to arrange a replacement vehicle, or if the replacement vehicle does not meet the customer’s requirements, the rental contract will be cancelled and the full amount paid will be refunded as per Article 4-4 of our Rental Car Terms and Conditions. In the event that the rental contract is cancelled, we will not be able to compensate you for travel expenses to and from the rental location, transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. as per Article 5 of our Rental Car Terms and Conditions.
Fill up the gas tank when returning
Please return the car with a full tank of gasoline. If the tank is not full, the fee will be 2,500 yen (tax included) per increment, or 5,000 yen (tax included) for half a tank.
About garbage
Please dispose of trash in your vehicle according to the disposal methods of the campground or local government. A garbage disposal fee will be charged if garbage is left in the vehicle. Separated: 550 yen (tax included) Unseparated: 1,100 yen (tax included)
