Reservation / Payment
Fill out the application form and make a tentative reservation.
You will receive an email within 2 business days with the total amount and instructions for web payment or bank transfer.
After receiving the e-mail, please pay the full amount of the rental fee by web payment or bank transfer within the deadline. 10,000 yen of the total rental fee is required as an non-refundable application fee.
Your reservation will be confirmed after payment is received.
Start rental
On the day of your rental, please arrive at the meeting place at the appointed time. (Details of the meeting place will be discussed by e-mail)
After meeting our staff, you will be asked to fill out a rental agreement and check the damage and equipment of the camper car with our staff.
Listen to an explanation of the equipment and use of the camper.
The explanation lasts for about 30 minutes, and then it’s time to start renting.
Please drive safely during the rental period.
Return/Settlement
Please dispose of trash according to the collection methods of the campsite and local government.
Please fill up the gas tank before returning the car. If the tank is not full, you will be charged 2,500 yen per memory. *Please note that this will be slightly more expensive than from a normal gas station.
Our staff will check the status of your rental and make sure you have not forgotten anything. If there are any additional charges, such as an extension fee or if you have not refueled, please pay in cash.
This is the end of the rental. Thank you very much. We look forward to seeing you again.
